Biography

Bill moved to Bullhead City in 2006 where he and his wife opened a Sylvan Learning Center, tutoring students of all ages.  Since 2009, Bill worked for the 2010 U.S. Census, Davis House Assisted Living and Comfort Keepers in-home care which have given him a broad understanding of issues LD #5 constituents face in education, veterans needs and challenges seniors face.  Since 2014 Bill has been active in District #2 of the Mohave Country Republican Central Committee (MCRCC) as an elected Precinct Committeeman, State Committeeman in 2016, 18 and 20,  Treasurer of the MCRCC 2016-2018, Member of the 2020 Trump Victory Campaign Staff and Interim District #2 Director in 2021.

Prior to moving to Bullhead City, Bill held career positions as sales manager, Regional Vice President and Senior Staff with several insurance company's group insurance benefits divisions.  He has lived in 8 states and has done business in all 50 states.  These experiences have given Bill broad skills in negotiation, working with people at all levels of business, understanding financial responsibilities from making payroll of a small business to staff management of a group insurance division that would have revenue in today's dollars in excess of $5 billion.

Bill was a Vietnam Era Veteran with the 47th Infantry Division and is a devoted Christian.  He was president of both a church in Covina, CA and Madison, CT.  Bill grew up in Appleton, WI, Graduated from Oberlin College, Oberlin, OH in 1965 and received Master's Degrees in Management and Financial Services from the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA in 1987.  He  enjoys golf, reading and working within the MCRCC.
